When a customer first comes on our lot to purchase an automobile, our primary goal is not to simply sell them a car. Our goal is to handle their buying experience in a manner that will make them want to come here when their automobile needs service or they want to personalize their purchase with accessories from our parts department. The purchase of their car, truck, van or SUV is merely the "vehicle" (pun intended) for starting the relationship. We also realize that we are not perfect and that there are times when we make mistakes when handling customer needs. When this happens we try to do two things-first, do whatever we can to rectify the problem and make the customer happy in spite of the error; second, learn from the mistake and take the steps necessary to make sure that we don't repeat it with other customers.
