October 15th, 2020 by

Today, our dealers at Hubler Acura are breaking down the details of the 2021 Acura RDX and the 2021 BMW X3 to give you the highlights of each luxury crossover. Looking at the specifics of these crossovers side-by-side, you can clearly see why the Acura RDX is a better option and undoubtedly the vehicle for you.

Performance

Our luxury Acura crossover is powered by a VTEC® turbo 2.0-liter four-cylinder engine, which creates an impressive 272 horsepower and 280 lb-ft of torque. The Acura RDX also has super-handling all-wheel drive®, which helps deliver power and traction to the wheels that need it most.

The BMW X3 falls short of the Acura RDX’s numbers, with its output leveling off at 248 horsepower and 258 lb-ft of torque.

Comfort

There is no doubt both luxury crossovers provide refined cabins. The Acura RDX comes standard with 12-way power seats to make sure your seat is perfectly contoured to your preference.

The seats in the Acura RDX are also heated, so you will always stay warm on even the coldest days. The BMW X3 only has ten-way power seats, and you have to pay extra for heated seats.

Space

You’ll also find added comfort in the Acura RDX with its extra space. It has more legroom and shoulder room than the BMW X3.

There’s also extra cargo space in the Acura RDX. In fact, it has class-leading rear cargo space. Plus, it includes almost two cubic feet of underfloor storage to keep your valuables hidden and secure.
